Grupio provided the Best Bang for the Buck. We are new to the Grupio mobile event app family. Our overall experience with Grupio has been very positive. We demoed other mobile event app platforms before deciding on Grupio. When comparing functionality and cost, Grupio provided the best bang for the buck. Many features that are standard in the Grupio app are available at an additional cost with other mobile event apps. Grupio does allow for some customization of the mobile app to help meet their client's needs at an additional cost. Their CMS platform is user-friendly. Payroll Vault evaluated several event apps, including the one we used the previous year, and ultimately decided to move forward with Grupio. As a returning customer, we have enjoyed working with the Grupio product for several years. We previously used the product in 2013 – 2016 as we introduced the world of a mobile app to our Conference attendees. We simply love the app because it’s so easy to use and setup on our end, and our members really like it because it’s super simple to use. The app’s design is very clean/simple and the UI is intuitive for our members, so users can find information quickly.

Terrific tool to use for Conferences. I like how the map of the event location is the first thing someone sees. I also like the fact that the menu shows up now on the left side of the app. This helps allow users to know what options they have to pick from. The app is extremely easy to use and laid out very nicely now. I also like that you can design the app so that you only use the fields/categories that are suitable for your conference/event. It’s very nice having the ability to put all the conference information together in one place. It works very well for our company’s purposes!
