Grupio event apps allow you to display your event's sessions. Sessions are neatly ordered chronologically and users can move from one day to another to preview the sessions on those days. Sessions can also be ordered under tracks so as to organize them.
For example, all heart related sessions can be set under the heart track. This way many sessions can start at the same time but users can still find them under their tracks. Create your own schedule by choosing sessions that you want to attend.
You can also have child sessions under a parent session so clicking on a plus sign will expand a session to show children underneath it. This works great for conventions and meetups that have thousands of sessions in a span of less than 1 week. Organize your sessions in hierarchical way and avoid overwhelming your attendees. They can then find relevant information for the sessions they are interested in by drilling down through parent and child sessions without having to sift through the entire schedule.
Links to documents (pdf, ppt, doc, etc), websites, and surveys built using the Grupio surveys tool can be added to any session as session links. Choose to save a document to your downloads section which can be accessed offline or to your vault which can only be accessed once you login on the mobile event app.
