Schedule

Scheduling Feature in your event app, let you display all your sessions in an organized and hierarchical way. Sessions can be ordered chronologically, and users can find the sessions according to the days & dates. You can also create custom tracks and list sessions under them. Add a session to the calendar by tapping on the “Add to Calendar” icon in the app. With social media integration, attendees can be notified about the event or session details easily and quickly.

For example, all heart-related sessions can be set under the heart track. This way, many sessions can start simultaneously, but users can still find them under their tracks. The event management app can be used to create your schedule by choosing sessions that you want to attend.

You can also have child sessions under a parent session so clicking on a plus sign will expand a session to show children underneath it. This works great for conventions and meetups that have thousands of sessions in a span of less than 1 week. Organize your sessions in hierarchical way and avoid overwhelming your attendees. They can then find relevant information for the sessions they are interested in by drilling down through parent and child sessions without having to sift through the entire schedule.

Schedule features work great for the university or conference apps, where several sessions are organized daily. By grouping sessions according to their type, it becomes easy to navigate and check the session or event details. Attendees can also share, bookmark, or add comments about the session. Managing sessions in the event is made easy by scheduling options as it helps to categorize sessions and make planners make last-minute changes if necessary. Moreover, attendees can also add sessions to iCal. Adding sessions to the calendar is like placing the event in the hands of the attendees as everyone is using smartphones and tablets. Scheduling the session with all basic information such as location, fee, pre-registration rules or attendance criteria, makes it easy for users to search the event details on one go.
